Learn to make your own real leather drawstring bag. Perfect for dice, coins, or woodland gathering. I will take you through from start to finish, talking about working with patterns, using different kinds of leather and all the secrets of a masterful saddle-stitch. You'll also leave with a write-up sheet of notes to take home with you for later.

Miniature Bookmaking

Duration: Approx 1.5 - 2 h

Step into the charming world of miniature bookmaking and create your own tiny book in a tiny book box. In this hands-on workshop, artist and maker Nicola De Rosbo-Davies will guide you through simple bookbinding techniques to make a tiny handmade book, then decorate a special little box to keep it in. Using collage, paint, patterned papers, and mixed media materials, you’ll be invited to play, experiment, and personalise your miniature creation. These tiny books can hold secret notes, small drawings, poems, or little stories. Perfect for beginners and curious makers alike, this workshop celebrates imagination, storytelling, and the quiet magic of creating something wonderfully small.
