Event Tickets
Can I get a refund
We offer refunds for General Admission tickets only up to two weeks before the event date. After two weeks, we don't accept refunds for a change of mind. Workshop tickets are not refundable.
Can I change my session time?
Send us an email with the email address you booked under, and we will do our best to allocate you to your preferred time. Please understand that once a session time is sold out, we won't be able to add you in.
Venue
Can I bring my pet?
No, we don't allow animals into the market unless they're a trained support animal.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we ensure all the venues we use are wheelchair accessible, along with accessible toilets.
Is there parking in the area?
Yes, there is all-day parking within the surrounding area of the venue. Please always double-check parking signs first.
