Overview

Enchanting Realms events provide a space for lovers of folklore, fantasy and mythology to come together. As we honour our curiosities and expand our knowlage amung like minded people.

In 2025, we began our journey into the Enchanting Realms Market. Now, we're gathering our bookish community in our Secret Readings. Where asspiring auther, readers and established authors alike can connect togther through stories, food and drinks.

Market Applications

Stallholder

Our markets are a curated space for whimsical people to explore their love for fantasy. As they discover handmade and locally produced products that add a bit of enchantment to their daily life.

Application Criteria:

  • The majority of products are handmade or produced in Australia. If you have products that aren't, we recommend excluding them from our application and market. Authors are excluded from this.
  • Products are reminiscent of folklore, fantasy, and\or mythology; they may also promote a slower and more mindful way of living.
  • All designs are original in nature

Workshop Facilitator & Stallholder

We love supporting you in creating hands on workshop for attendees. Workshop Facilitators get paid their desired amount per ticket. You can apply as a facilitator by submitting your application under  “Workshop Facilitator & Stallholder”.

Application Criteria:

  • Beginner-friendly workshop that ensures participants can take a finished product home.
  • Must be capable to help participents who may be struggling in a group setting
  • The estimated price per ticket holder for the facilitator's time and materials is bellow $100
  • Is a minimum of 1.5 hours and maximen of 2.5 hours long
  • Is reminiscent of folklore, fantasy, and\or mythology; they may also promote a slower and more mindful way of living.
Fees

2X2 Meter Space - $300

3X2 Meter Space - $460

Requirements When Applying
  • Personal & business contact info
  • A bio about the brand in third person
  • Description of what you'll be bringing
  • 3-5 images for marketing material
  • 10mil in public liability insurance (can be sent 14 business days before the event)
Bookish Events

The Secret Readings

The Secret Reading will be held at Welcome To Thournbry. This is a catered event held from 1pm - 4pm. With a panel of 6 fantasy authors as they share their process. Then gather with the attendees to be a part of a bookie-themed game and mingle. Authors will get the opportunity to sell their books on the day as well.

For the authors, there's none. Our aim for this is to provide a intimit space where you can discuss your journey and promote your books. It's our honour to have you there
